About Me

I'm a native New Yorker (Bronx Science baby!), hapa (half Asian), actress and filmmaker.  I'm a co-founder of Burn it Down, a filmmaking collective that supports learning by doing.

The acting highlights of my life include: getting to play on FBI: Most Wanted, The Blacklist, Law and Order: SVU, and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt; meeting Sarah Jessica Parker on Here and Now; playing a cyber crimes fighting badass in Ghost Source Zero; and getting to see Bruce!! have it's theatrical release with AMCi.

The filmmaking highlights of my life include: Winning the Brooklyn Fireproof Soundstage award at the Queens World Film Festival, the Audience Choice Award at the Katra Film Series and Honorable Mention at the Katra Film Series Grand Finale!

I'm passionate about health, the planet, and most of all, storytelling. I'm also a formerly nationally ranked fencer! I feel so lucky to be pursuing such a challenging, rewarding, and collaborative art form.

IMDB

"Jean Goto's Pam was brilliant, encompassing the character’s strength, energy and capableness as well as her irritating qualities as a relentless do-gooder, her loving desire for her husband, her wounded desperation, and her cold ferocity at the end. Her use of her voice and of wide-swinging movement, enabled and enhanced by her loose costumes, were beyond impressive."
